Marrow, India’s leading online learning platform for medical students and doctors, needed a robust payment infrastructure to sell its curated NEET PG preparation bundles. The company wanted a seamless checkout experience that supported multiple payment modes, worked well in low-connectivity regions, and improved customer convenience across tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Razorpay provided the payments solution for Marrow.

Razorpay built a custom checkout for Marrow that stayed within the brand experience, auto-filled course details, and supported debit cards, credit cards, netbanking, wallets, and UPI. Razorpay also enabled Saved Cards and ATM+PIN payments to improve convenience and transaction success in low-network areas. As a result, Marrow saw transaction time drop by over 43%, retention rise to nearly 90%, customer reach increase by 37% in two months, top-line growth of 43% in one year, and overall growth reach 25x by August 2019.
