Goomo, an omnichannel travel-tech company launched in 2016, needed a scalable, low-effort payment solution to improve conversion in a notoriously high-abandonment industry. Since adopting Razorpay Payment Links in November 2017, Goomo has seen customer conversions rise, with the product contributing about 15% of monthly revenue volume and driving a 20–22% incremental increase in revenue overall.
