Distributed Financial Services Giant Company, one of India’s largest employers with ~120,000 employees and 5,600+ branches, faced a failing in‑house litigation/case diary system that couldn’t scale, centralize legacy data, provide universal availability to legal teams, or auto‑populate RBI‑mandated reports. To address these gaps the bank engaged RazorCube to deliver a fully integrated Matter Management Solution that would migrate legacy matters, centralize information, and provide automated reporting and reminders across its nationwide network.

RazorCube implemented an intuitive, centralized matter management platform with legacy-data migration and auto case‑updates, plus autopopulated statutory reports, tracking and reminders. Over two years RazorCube migrated 1,370 legacy matters, added 1,500 cases, rolled the system out to 5,500 branches with roughly 6,000 users (handling a monthly case load of ~50), and delivered centralized reporting and visibility—results that led the customer to adopt RazorCube’s Razor365 contract lifecycle management next.
