Raynet implemented a multifunctional CRM with mobile access, centralized records, custom fields, maps for planning technician routes, and DigiSign electronic signatures. As a result, HEROS Security now has one place for all client and service data, can sign contracts online quickly, and has better visibility into sales work and deal stages; the integration reportedly took about a month to fully roll out.
