Romark Logistics, a third‑party logistics provider based in Westfield, N.J., faced growing demand at its 522,000‑square‑foot Hazle Township, Pa., facility and needed better visibility and control over its lift truck operations. To manage a fleet of 53 Raymond® lift trucks and handle peak throughput of as many as 170 tractor‑trailers per day, Romark turned to The Raymond Corporation’s iWAREHOUSE integrated fleet and warehouse optimization system.

The Raymond Corporation deployed iWAREHOUSE (including iPORT, iALERT, iVERIFY and iIMPACT modules and later iBATTERY) to collect real‑time truck data via the iWAREHOUSE GATEWAY, enable remote diagnostics, automate maintenance alerts, enforce operator checklists, and monitor impacts. As a result, Romark can benchmark productivity, streamline preventive and planned maintenance, increase operator accountability, and proactively optimize fleet uptime and costs—supporting its ability to meet peak volumes and improve efficiency, according to Romark’s facilities management team.
