The Raymond Corporation, through Heubel, implemented a comprehensive maintenance plan with a certified Raymond technician, standardized Rawlings’ fleet to about 80% Raymond lift trucks (including electric pallet trucks, counterbalanced trucks, orderpickers and Swing-Reach® models), provided operator training and custom configurations, and offered a fixed monthly payment structure. As a result, Rawlings saw increased productivity and employee morale, reduced downtime and carbon footprint, the ability to rightsize its fleet, and predictable maintenance costs that freed up capital.
