Masters Gallery Foods Reduces Impacts with iWAREHOUSE

Masters Gallery Foods, a full-line cheese supplier headquartered in Plymouth, Wis., faced rising lift-truck damage and operational strain as its warehouse expanded from 40,000 to 110,000 sq ft and its fleet grew from 12 to 19 trucks. To reduce rack, product and truck impacts while managing rapid growth and new staff, Masters Gallery Foods partnered with The Raymond Corporation and deployed the iWAREHOUSE fleet and warehouse optimization system.

The Raymond Corporation implemented iWAREHOUSE (including iIMPACT, iMETRICS, iCONTROL, iVERIFY and iTRACK) with data accessed via the iWAREHOUSE GATEWAY to monitor impacts, productivity, operator behavior and maintenance. Within five months alerts fell from 45 to 5 (an 88% reduction), operator training and electronic pre-op checks reduced paperwork and incidents, and uptime/productivity data enabled plans to expand third-shift operations—demonstrating measurable safety, efficiency and sustainability gains from The Raymond Corporation solution.
