The solution involved upgrading the facility layout with a new three-deep push-back racking system and implementing a cold storage-equipped lift truck fleet from Raymond, including 8400 pallet jacks and 7500 reach trucks. The results included increased uptime and improved productivity, aided by features like a laser-guidance system and Raymond’s ACR System, which allowed operators to move more pallets per battery charge.
