A Raygun Case Study
Vetserve, a Stavanger-based provider of appointment and practice-management software for veterinary clinics, must deliver fast-loading pages and an intuitive UI for busy vets. To protect its strongest sales channel—word-of-mouth referrals—the development team needed better visibility into crashes and performance issues before they impacted end users; their previous log-based approach was slow, incomplete, and made timely fixes difficult.
By adopting Raygun (including User Tracking, Deployment Tracking and Slack integration), Vetserve can now tie crashes directly to affected users, detect regressions from deployments, and surface issues quickly to the whole team. This sped up troubleshooting—even for junior developers—led to error-free deployments, more personal and responsive customer support, and ultimately higher customer satisfaction that drove increased referrals and revenue.
