Heineken faced a lack of visibility into how consumers in Dublin pubs responded to its marketing—uncertain viewer counts, no demographic insight, and no way to measure ad performance or ROI at venue level. To solve this, Heineken partnered with Raydiant and deployed Raydiant AI Analytics to gain real-time audience intelligence and optimize digital signage content.
Raydiant implemented its cross‑platform, plug‑and‑play AI Analytics across 100 Heineken venues, adding cameras and edge devices to existing cooler displays to capture people count, opportunity‑to‑see, age, gender, impressions, attention/dwell time and mood, and to trigger targeted ads in real time. By linking those analytics to point‑of‑sale data, Heineken can A/B test creatives and measure conversion—showing improved engagement and sales at Raydiant‑equipped sites versus similar venues without the solution, while also enhancing the pub experience.
