SafeSide Tactical, a family-run sporting goods retailer in rural Virginia that operates multiple locations (including what they call the largest indoor shooting range east of the Mississippi), needed a manageable, scalable way to update in-store screens and serve multiple audiences. They turned to Raydiant’s cloud-based digital signage/Experience Platform to replace an outdated DIY system and enable remote, multi-location content management.

Raydiant deployed its cloud platform with multi-screen scheduling, live weather/news feeds, an Instagram social wall, and a custom internal dashboard built with Raydiant’s support. The solution lets SafeSide create and refresh promotions, training notices, and event messaging from anywhere, eliminated hour-long site visits to update displays, and has kept their screens current and engaging into year three as a Raydiant customer—boosting in-store engagement and simplifying operations.
