True Glory Hair, a high-end hair extension retailer founded in 2011, has grown to three retail stores and two mini-stores in the Southeast and amassed nearly 50K Instagram followers. Facing the need to create a more inclusive, engaging in-store experience, simplify a complex product lineup, and keep messaging consistent across locations, True Glory Hair turned to Raydiant and its cloud-based digital signage platform, deploying Raydiant-enabled screens, social walls, and digital menu boards.
True Glory Hair implemented 19 Raydiant-enabled screens across five locations to show shoppable Instagram walls with product specs, easy-to-read digital menus at checkout, and centrally managed content via Raydiant’s remote interface and app library. The result: a “dramatically improved customer experience,” higher engagement as customers interact with and thank the brand for relatable content, faster buying decisions while waiting in line, and simplified multi-location management — all powered by Raydiant.
