Compete to Create trains 12,000 people in year one with Ravenna Interactive

Compete to Create (c2c), founded by Pete Carroll and Michael Gervais, needed to deliver high-performance mindset training but found their off-the-shelf learning management system too limited in both style and functionality. Ravenna Interactive was initially contacted to improve the branding on this platform but identified the need for a fully custom LMS to properly support the unique training curriculum.

Ravenna Interactive designed and built a bespoke Laravel-based LMS with features including progress tracking, gamification, coach interaction, and habit training. The solution was launched successfully, and in its first year, Compete to Create trained 12,000 people and logged over 240,000 hours of completed training with major corporate clients.
