A Rave Mobile Safety Case Study
Trinity Management needed a fast, reliable way to communicate with the Roxbury Tenants of Harvard (RTH) community—1,110 units across 13 acres—where residents speak multiple languages and live near busy city areas. During the COVID‑19 outbreak, Director of Security Luis Muñoz sought a solution to reach large, diverse groups quickly and chose Rave Mobile Safety’s Rave Alert critical-communication platform to address language barriers and scale outreach.
Rave Mobile Safety enabled Trinity to send translated text, email and voice alerts targeted by building, schedule weekly COVID‑19 briefings, and stagger on‑site testing appointments so residents could sign up by building and maintain social distancing. The targeted, multilingual messaging and reporting reduced time-consuming door printouts, improved resident awareness, streamlined testing sign‑ups, and produced a noticeable decrease in resident calls and visits to the security desk.
