Rave Mobile Safety’s Rave 911 Suite added Notes, Chat, Safety Profiles and Facility Profiles so dispatchers could record and retrieve caller details, text with dropped callers, and access location-specific information. Since deployment, the tools have added caller data to over 15% of 9-1-1 calls, produced 400+ Notes used on three times as many calls, seen Facility Profiles used on 50% of created profiles, attached Safety Profiles to 5% of calls, reduced callback time and unnecessary dispatches, and earned Newberry County the RAVE SMARTSAVE AWARD.
