Inova Health System Implements Rave Collaborate for Streamlined Emergency Response

Inova Health System, which employs 18,000 team members and serves more than 2 million people annually across dozens of Northern Virginia locations, needed a way to protect every site from one central command while responding to very different types of incidents. To meet this challenge they turned to Rave Mobile Safety and implemented Rave Collaborate to streamline crisis management, resource sharing, and emergency notifications.

Rave Mobile Safety deployed Rave Collaborate integrated with Inova’s existing Rave Alert system, using prewritten templates, site-specific information, automated distribution to key personnel, custom checklists, centralized monitoring, scheduled drills, and reporting for after-action reviews. The result: faster, more coordinated responses with minimal training time, reduced scrambling during the crucial first minutes of incidents, and improved oversight across Inova’s 18,000-person network and dozens of facilities.
