Fluor Federal Petroleum Operations Integrates Rave Alert with WebEOC

Fluor, the operations and maintenance contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve, needed to modernize a paper-based, disconnected emergency notification workflow. Their existing ENS (Everbridge) was not integrated with WebEOC, forcing operators to log out to send alerts, manually re-enter details, and store non-searchable historical records. To streamline notifications and recording, Fluor selected Rave Mobile Safety’s Rave Alert.

Rave Mobile Safety implemented the Rave Alert Extension for WebEOC and integrated ESRI mapping so operators can send multimodal alerts directly from WebEOC; alerts automatically populate WebEOC records and form a searchable running log. The integration eliminated manual steps, enabled real-time reporting of who responded, and simplified emergency workflows—reducing complexity and saving critical time during incidents.
