Colorado Community College System is a public community college system with 13 member institutions and more than 140,000 students annually. It needed a platform that could meet diverse emergency notification needs across a complex organization, including different branding and targeted notification requirements for each institution. It also wanted a vendor willing to make changes to the software for both routine improvements and new features.
