Clinton School District - Customer Case Study

Clinton School District needed a single safety solution to protect two neighboring elementary schools—Eastside and Northside—where spotty cell service and overlapping campus events made reliable communication difficult. Principal Mandy Taylor brought in Rave Mobile Safety’s Rave Panic Button app to provide an overarching, flexible system that could operate over the schools’ Wi‑Fi and meet each school’s unique needs.

Rave Mobile Safety implemented the Rave Panic Button across staff mobile phones, enabling Staff Assist, targeted recipient groups, and 9-1-1 integration so the right people are notified even if offsite. The app kept communications reliable before, during and after an active assailant drill (which “went off without a hitch”), allowed staff to summon emergency medical help during an after-hours incident, closed gaps caused by poor cell service, and prompted other district schools to consider adopting Rave Mobile Safety’s solution.
