Blue Bird Corporation, a long-established school bus manufacturer with more than 2,000 employees at its Fort Valley, Georgia facility, needed a way to keep a fluctuating, seasonal workforce informed without spending hours manually updating contact lists or overloading workers with irrelevant alerts. To solve that challenge they turned to Rave Mobile Safety and its Rave platform for critical communications and targeted messaging.

Rave Mobile Safety implemented the Rave platform with SMS opt‑in during onboarding, an intuitive interface, segmented messaging and preloaded templates, enabling automated enrollment and concise targeting. As a result Blue Bird eliminated the hours previously spent managing contacts, reduced alert fatigue by sending only relevant messages, and repurposed the system for staffing notifications and COVID‑19 operational updates (entrance closures, temperature checks), becoming the factory’s primary source of employee communications.
