1589 Hotels, part of the Clarks family group, faced outdated distribution tools, manual extranet updates, overbooking risks and lack of real-time rate and inventory control across OTAs. To modernize distribution and reporting they partnered with RateGain in 2016 and adopted RateGain’s online distribution/channel management solution (RezGain), seeking real-time rate and inventory flow, automated rules and easy-to-use reporting.
RateGain implemented its Channel Manager (RezGain) with features like Pool Inventory, Automated Inventory Management, Rate Mapping and group-level analytics, enabling real-time updates to multiple OTAs and eliminating manual pushes and overbookings. As a result, 1589 Hotels increased occupancy by 73% and revenue by 76%, improved staff productivity, and gained actionable channel insights from RateGain’s platform.
