1589 Hotels, part of the Clarks family group, faced outdated distribution tools, manual extranet updates, overbooking risks and lack of real-time rate and inventory control across OTAs. As a result, 1589 Hotels increased occupancy by 73% and revenue by 76%, improved staff productivity, and gained actionable channel insights from RateGain’s platform.
