Using Ratecard’s feedback and NPS platform, De Staffing Groep began collecting feedback after each step of the process and asking respondents if they could be contacted directly to discuss their input. Ratecard helped them capture 3,000+ responses with a 26% response rate and achieve NPS growth of +41%, while also enabling faster improvements to processes and a company-wide habit of continuous feedback.
