The Romantik Hotel am Brühl, a 48-room hotel, faced challenges managing its online travel agency (OTA) visibility and profitability, which required significant manual effort. To address this, the hotel sought a more functional revenue management system to replace its previous underperforming one and partnered with the vendor RateBoard to implement its dynamic pricing software.
RateBoard's software provided analysis, forecasting, and automated price suggestions, which saved the hotel a great deal of time and allowed it to react to short-notice bookings. As a result of implementing RateBoard's solution, the hotel increased its average daily rate (ADR) by 8.8% and saw a 33% growth in both overall sales and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
