How Shoe-D-Vision increased their online revenue by 13%

Skoringen, a Scandinavian footwear retailer and part of the Shoe-d-vision group, faced the challenge of creating a more relevant and personalized online experience to synergize with its physical stores. Their main goal was to place customer expectations at the center of their business as more sales moved online. They partnered with vendor Raptor to address this.

Raptor implemented a suite of personalization solutions, including a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to unify customer data, web recommendations, and behavioral email triggers. This provided a highly personalized commerce experience across channels. The results were significant: 13% of online revenue was generated directly from personalization, the overall conversion rate increased by 19%, and users who engaged with Raptor had a 26% higher conversion rate and generated 21% more revenue on average.
