U.S. Army boosts hot leads 2.8x with RAPP

The U.S. Army faced a significant challenge in its recruitment efforts. Despite a 68% increase in leads, a shortage of recruiters made it difficult to contact every potential candidate within the required 48-hour window, causing many qualified leads to be lost and contributing to consistently missed recruitment goals.

RAPP implemented a solution by introducing an "ITEMLC" lead scoring framework, which was integrated into the application process across nearly all lead capture sources. This system prioritized leads based on six key eligibility questions, allowing recruiters to focus their efforts on the most promising candidates. As a result, RAPP helped the U.S. Army identify 225,000+ high-priority leads by the third year, with these prioritized leads converting to contracts at 2.8 times the rate of lower-priority leads.
