World’s Largest Social Networking Company, a Fortune 500 enterprise with over 1 billion users, relied on Oracle Business Suite 12.1 to manage inventory receipts and related supply chain processes. Before the project, receiving, serial-number capture, packing slip uploads, and other warehouse tasks were handled manually, creating paperwork, duplication of effort, and limited field visibility.

RapidValue Solutions built an Android enterprise receiving mobile application for Oracle EBS that ran on Motorola Enterprise Digital Assistant tablets and integrated with Oracle SOA Gateway. The app enabled guided and unordered receipts, barcode scanning, camera-based packing slip capture, drafts, attachments, and transaction history, helping the customer execute real-time material transactions from the field.
