Raptor Technologies, a provider of school safety solutions for the education sector, wanted to protect every child, every school, every day by integrating its Raptor Alert mobile emergency management software into a decentralized, locally run emergency response system. To do that, the company needed a partner that could connect its emergency alerts directly to 911 and law enforcement at scale.

RapidSOS partnered with Raptor Technologies to link Raptor Alert with emergency communication centers through RapidSOS Alert and RapidSOS UNITE, automatically sharing location and incident details with primary ECCs, 911, and mutual aid agencies. RapidSOS helped provide responders with a unified view of active threat data, including caller name, callback number, school name, school address, and emergency type, improving situational awareness and reducing response times to help keep schools safer.
