Milestone Systems A/S, a developer of IP video management software, needed to integrate data between its Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP systems. The challenge was to create a stable, two-way link to keep customer, product, and invoice data consistent and accessible in real-time for its sales team, with plans to later include its web shop and license systems. They chose the data integration solution from vendor Rapidi to address this.
Rapidi implemented an automated integration that synchronizes accounts, products, prices, invoices, and credit notes between the two systems.
