The World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), a global CEO-led coalition of over 200 businesses, required a robust and seamless data integration between its CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) systems. Their goal was to improve operational efficiency to better support their mission of accelerating the transition to a sustainable world, but their existing process was slow and costly to change. Rapidi implemented its user-friendly online integration platform to synchronize data, including customers, contacts, sales orders, and invoices, between the two systems. The solution was fast to implement and required no technical training. This has considerably reduced manual work and increased efficiency for WBCSD. The integration has been particularly beneficial for financial reporting and has streamlined the invoicing process, allowing sales orders to be created and invoices sent automatically from Salesforce.
