Pioneer Telephone Cooperative, the third-largest telecommunications cooperative in the U.S., serves more than 150,000 customers across western Oklahoma and manages over 5,000 devices and 1,700 users with a three-person security team. The integrated platform and single agent improved asset visibility, prioritized actively exploited vulnerabilities, provided historical logs that confirmed no data exfiltration during the SolarWinds incident, strengthened developer–security collaboration, extended coverage for remote field staff, and enabled steady, measurable risk reduction while simplifying support.
