Modine Manufacturing, a global leader in thermal management technology, needed to protect a rapidly growing digital environment with a small three-person security team. As event sources grew from a few hundred to several thousand, Modine turned to Rapid7 for help with both proactive and reactive cybersecurity needs, including vulnerability management, application scanning, threat detection, and automation.

Rapid7 implemented a mix of managed services and cloud software, including InsightAppSec, Managed Vulnerability Management, MDR with InsightIDR, and InsightConnect. The results were significant: Modine reduced about 16,000 daily alerts to roughly five validated incidents, identified a major incident in under an hour, responded in under two hours, and remediated it in less than 48 hours.
