Case Study: Schweppes Australia achieves safer, streamlined contractor compliance with Rapid Global

A Rapid Global Case Study

Preview of the Schweppes Australia Case Study

Technology provides a fresh approach to contractor and site safety

Schweppes Australia, part of Asahi Group Holdings, manages 23 sites, 1,500+ employees, and 3,000+ contractors, making contractor compliance, site induction, and visitor management difficult to standardize. With support from Rapid Global, the company looked for a way to move beyond time-consuming face-to-face inductions and manual paper-based visitor processes while improving visibility of contractor risk and compliance.

Rapid Global implemented Rapid Induct, Rapid Contractor Management, and later Rapid Access Systems to create a consistent online induction and compliance workflow across the business. The solution has trained more than 3,000 inductees, improved contractor compliance, automated insurance expiry alerts and reminders, and given site teams better visibility of who is on site for emergency evacuations, reducing manual effort and risk while supporting ongoing face-to-face reinforcement where needed.
