A Rapid Global Case Study
Storm International, a commercial cleaning company operating across more than 300 sites in Australia, needed a better way to manage inductions and compliance for around 100 employees and 30 contractors. With workers regularly exposed to risks such as hazardous substances, working at heights, heavy lifting, and specialist equipment, the company needed a system that would keep training records and required documents current and easily accessible without relying on time-consuming monthly manual audits. To solve this, Storm International turned to Rapid Global and its Rapid Induct product.
Rapid Global implemented Rapid Induct to automate inductions, document uploads, and compliance tracking. Storm International can now assign courses online, have workers complete them remotely, verify documents, and receive alerts when records are nearing expiry. The result has been a major reduction in administrative effort—Storm International says the process now cuts their work by about 90%—along with improved compliance, faster access to records, and easier reporting for management.
