PS Structures Pty Ltd, a commercial construction company, needed a consistent way to ensure that all contractors and staff entering site had the right insurances, certifications and inductions in place. With around 500 subcontracting companies and a federal requirement for a uniform induction system, the company was looking for a faster, safer process that would reduce compliance risk and save site managers time. Rapid Global provided Rapid Induct and Rapid Contractor Management to help meet those needs.

Using Rapid Global’s online document repository and induction platform, subcontractors can upload insurances and licenses in advance, complete inductions online, and resolve compliance issues before arriving on site. As a result, PS Structures improved contractor safety awareness and reduced site manager induction time from 40–60 minutes to about 15 minutes per worker, while also gaining peace of mind that all personnel are properly inducted and compliant.
