Managing hundreds of sites is made easy with online software

Catholic Safety Health and Welfare SA (CSH&W SA) supports WHS compliance across the Catholic Church in South Australia, managing safety across 240 worksites with more than 10,000 employees and 25,000 volunteers. They needed a better way to manage incident reporting and investigations, contractor inductions, and regular inspections and audits. Rapid Global’s software suite, including Rapid Incident Reporting, Rapid Induct, and Rapid Service Alert, was used to help address these challenges.

Rapid Global implemented online incident reporting, induction, and task-management tools to streamline workflows and improve oversight across the organisation. CSH&W SA now uses Rapid Incident Reporting to track complaints, hazards, and student incidents, while Rapid Induct standardises contractor inductions and Rapid Service Alert manages repetitive compliance tasks. The result has been better monitoring of non-conformances, immediate escalation of incidents, improved reporting for trend analysis, and easier audit and maintenance management across all sites.
