Leedwell Asset Management, a South Australian property services company, needed a better way to manage contractor compliance and reduce risk across 90 sites. Rapid Global implemented an easy-to-use contractor management platform that lets Leedwell review registrations, insurance documents, pre-qualification details, and inductions online. The solution improved transparency and reduced risk by ensuring only compliant contractors are allowed on site, while automatic expiry reminders saved time and prevented missed documents. Leedwell now manages 98 contractors and 1,300 documents on Rapid, and is already exploring additional Rapid Global products such as Rapid Access Systems.
