Rapid Global implemented Rapid Induct, Rapid Access Systems, and Rapid Contractor Management to enable online inductions, site sign-in/out, automated host notifications, and secure key dispensing for validated contractors. The result was far greater efficiency for operations teams, stronger compliance oversight, and improved confidence that contractors could not access sites without valid inductions or insurance, with the solution now being expanded across 40+ sites and supporting 7,200+ inductees and 1,100+ contractor companies.
