Kalari, a road transportation, logistics and materials handling company with over 25 years’ experience and a fleet of 270 prime movers and 1,000 trailers, needed to improve its driver induction process. Using PowerPoint, face-to-face sessions and paper-based questionnaires created a risk of answers being shared, while OHS staff had to manually mark inductions, enter results into Excel and file the paperwork.
