Adstream, a global advertising hub operating across 37 countries, needed a better way to manage the small number of visitors arriving at its two Australian sites. With up to five visitors a day and no full-time receptionist, staff sometimes weren’t notified when guests arrived, and the company needed a reliable record of who was onsite for safety and emergency purposes. Adstream chose Rapid Global’s Rapid Access Systems visitor management software.

Rapid Global implemented two Rapid Access Systems touchscreen terminals at Adstream’s main offices, allowing visitors to sign in, complete the site induction, and automatically notify their host by text or email. The solution removed the need for a manned reception area, improved visitor wait times, and gave management an accurate onsite log. Adstream reported clear time savings and better cost efficiency compared with staffing reception full time.
