ComfortDelGro, one of the world's largest land transport companies, faced challenges with internal collaboration and information dissemination across its global workforce of over 24,000 employees. Their specific issues included a lack of connection between employees with and without corporate email addresses and high paper wastage from printed communications. To address this, they partnered with Ranosys to develop a new intranet portal.

Ranosys designed and implemented a SharePoint Online intranet portal for ComfortDelGro. The solution featured components for announcements, calendars, news, and galleries, which enabled efficient collaboration and timely information sharing. The results included a significant reduction in paper usage and seamless connection between all employees. The project was so successful for the initial department that ComfortDelGro decided to roll the solution out across all other divisions and business units.
