How Adobe uses Range to foster team culture across time zones

The Content Experiences & Innovation team at Adobe, managed by Kristen Toole, faced the challenge of building trust, fostering a cohesive culture, and maintaining awareness of work across a newly-formed team split between San Jose and India. This geographical and logistical hurdle was compounded by the shift to remote work at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Adobe implemented Range, specifically its Check-ins and Meetings features, to facilitate mindful status updates and run more engaging meetings. The use of daily Check-ins replaced cumbersome email reports, improved transparency, and built connections through integrated team-building questions. The Meetings tool, particularly the spinner function, increased engagement and made tracking action items effortless. The results included a strong, trusted team identity named "the Vizzies," organic collaboration, and the elimination of siloed communication, all achieved organically through Range.
