A Ramp Case Study
First Tee, a nonprofit that empowers kids and teens through golf, was struggling with fragmented spend management and time-intensive bookkeeping across multiple chapters. With limited internal accounting resources, the organization needed better visibility into spend and a more efficient way to handle day-to-day accounting, so it turned to PwC and Ramp, using Ramp for corporate cards, expense management, accounts payable, and accounting automation.
Ramp, implemented alongside PwC’s Bookkeeping Connect service, centralized spend and streamlined bookkeeping, giving First Tee better control, transparency, and faster closes. The results were significant: First Tee reported about 75% time savings on bookkeeping, 25 hours saved per week, and more than 70 days of improvement in reporting timeliness, allowing staff to focus more on strategic work and mission-driven growth.
