First Tee, a nonprofit that empowers kids and teens through golf, was struggling with fragmented spend management and time-intensive bookkeeping across multiple chapters. The results were significant: First Tee reported about 75% time savings on bookkeeping, 25 hours saved per week, and more than 70 days of improvement in reporting timeliness, allowing staff to focus more on strategic work and mission-driven growth.
