RAMP RFID Solutions implemented an end-to-end RFID system using Gen 2 UHF EPC tags, handheld RFID readers, thermal printers, and software integrated with Tuchuzy’s Cin7 POS system. The result was 25x faster stocktakes, a 20% reduction in working capital tied up in stock, and a 200% ROI in the first 12 months. Customer satisfaction increased from 90% to over 99%, while shrinkage and out-of-stock issues decreased significantly.
