Panasonic, the world’s largest in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) provider headquartered in Lake Forest, CA, operates 64 maintenance stations across nine repair facilities with some 1,600 users in 30+ countries, handling over 34,000 turns per month and more than 217,700 LRU repairs annually. The company needed to better manage complex global line maintenance and repair station operations, tighten control over multi‑geography customer contracts, and integrate with its existing corporate IT (including Oracle for procurement and finance).

Ramco delivered Aviation Maintenance, Materials, MRO Sales and Analytics modules plus a mobility suite (including LOPA, real‑time updates and true offline capability) with backend Oracle integration. The contract‑driven maintenance management solution streamlined digital processes, improved billing accuracy and plugged revenue leakages, provided detailed dashboards and ERP integrations, and helped reduce turnaround times across global operations.
