Surbana Corporation, a Singapore-based urban development and public-housing authority responsible for creating nearly one million homes and serving about 84% of Singapore’s population, faced growing financial-management pain as it expanded across 13 organizational units and multiple countries. Weekly cash-flow volumes exceeded 10 million SGD and were managed manually in Excel, causing frequent errors, lengthy reconciliations and no standardized, consolidated view for senior management.

To address this, Ramco DecisionWorks was implemented to extract and consolidate transactional data into a data warehouse and provide KPIs, dashboards, automated analytical workflows and an Excel-based planning and budgeting interface.
