Ramco implemented a cloud-based, integrated ERP freight‑forwarding solution that tied operations to finance and delivered multi‑tariff management, job and trade‑lane profitability, revenue accounting by B/L or AWB, automated liability creation and foreign‑currency remittances. The deployment simplified branch operations and billing, provided credit-control and end‑to‑end job visibility, enabled seamless finance‑operations integration, established uniform SOPs globally, and improved quoting through RFQ capture and tariff management.
