A Ramco Systems Case Study
Life Flight Network is a not-for-profit patient transport service founded in 1978 that provides ICU-level helicopter, fixed-wing and ground ambulance transport across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Nevada. Operating nearly 60 aircraft (44 helicopters and 15 fixed-wing), the organization needed to overcome fragmented systems for supply chain, maintenance and finance, manual and non-electronic recordkeeping, and lack of centralized visibility and uniform processes across its multiple bases.
Ramco delivered an integrated aviation maintenance, supply chain and finance solution with industry best practices, meticulous core and parts tracking, and standardized workflows. The implementation gave Life Flight Network end-to-end component lifecycle visibility, near-100% inventory accuracy, restructured warehouses, reduced AOG purchase orders, and improved SB/AD and configuration management—streamlining operations and cutting downtime and overhead.
