Enhanced by a Self-Explaining Payslip (SEP) powered by anomaly and reasoning engines plus 2‑factor authentication and auto-expiry, AskPECA achieved 100% adoption, handles ~80% of registered employee queries, saved over 2,000 man‑hours in a pilot country, and automated 15–20% of year‑end processing without manual intervention.
