General Electric, a Fortune 500 conglomerate with roots in India since 1902, faced a complex payroll challenge across more than 13,000 employees, 41 legal entities and 25 different payroll policies. Ramco delivered a single payroll platform with a centralized payroll team and SPOC, simplified flexi-benefit plans to two options, SSO, leave-system integration and end-to-end automation with Oracle HRMS and KRONOS interfaces.
