Garuda PolyFlex Foods (GP Foods) is a joint venture between Indonesia’s Tudung Group (Garuda Foods) and Bengaluru-based PolyFlex, created to deliver innovative food and beverage products across India. To support expansion they needed to automate multi-level inventory management, enforce stock clearance by expiry, integrate inventory with finance, and use a simple, low-training system.

Ramco ERP on Cloud delivered a customized solution—implementing FEFO (First Expiry First Out), integrating finance, and providing an intuitive interface with just 10 days of hands‑on training. The rollout produced robust inventory tracking, production activity reporting, real-time work‑order status, expiry‑based allocation and significantly improved operational efficiency.
